Reflection Week 2: Introduction to the internet and issues in Media and Technology:
In week two our bubbly teacher Mrs.Roberts began class very enthusiastically.She gave us some tips as to how class rules should be done for primary classrooms.
The rules are as follows:
1.Introduce your students to creation of the rules.2.Try to write your rules positively.
3.Rules should be specific.
4.Be careful with words used in rules
5.Primary school students should only have five rules.

We also looked at some key terms:
.Internet various network in which we need to utilize net etiquette.
.Etiquette is a code of polite conduct in society, or among members of a particular profession or group.
.Net etiquette is a global public code of conduct.
.A network is defined as a group of two or more computer systems linked together.
.Digital Immigrant people born before the advent of digital technology.
.A digital native is an individual who was born after the widespread adoption of digital technology.

I learnt I am digital immigrant but i'm aspiring to become a digital native . I will continue to learn about different aspects of technology so as to widen my scope and be more effective in my classroom.
Netiquette Rules :
- Always communicate through greetings-End with a nice closure
-Use proper grammar , punctuation,spelling
-Watch your tone of voice
-Reread emails before sending
-Make sure content is appropriate to subject
-Acknowledge received emails
-Saving signature to email
This was definitely a learning experience since I had no clue on how to do this, however I completed this task successfully by following the steps.
Our teacher also taught us how to save our signature to our email addresses so it could be easier when sending our emails it also makes it look professional.
How to save your signature to email
1.Go to settings2.Scroll down until you see signature
3.Type in your signature
4.Then press save
